I found this insanely easy way to roast an entire cauliflower head.1
If When I do it again in the future, I’ll experiment with other spices - cumin, za’atar, etc. Might also research a yogurt dip to put on top of it - perhaps the dip from the Harissa Eggplant.2
Until then, however, I’m quite pleased with how it turned out.
